Gary is a University of Queensland graduate Physiotherapist (Honours). He specialises in complex musculoskeletal conditions and has special interest in racquet sports such as tennis, table tennis and badminton. He is also familiar with bodybuilding and instrumental playing related injuries. Gary has a strong passion in providing the best level of care to his clients and assist to improve their quality of life.

Fred is a University of Queensland graduate Physiotherapist (Honours). He specialises in complex musculoskeletal conditions and has special interest in basketball, tennis and badminton. He also had experiences in treating and training an elite fencing athlete. Fred has a strong dedication in providing the best care to his clients under a comfortable and patient-centred environment.

Lydia is a University of Queensland graduate Clinical Exercise Physiologist (Honours). She has experiences in government funded diabetes research group, sports team coaching and working in the private clinic where she managed a variety of caseload. She specialises in Chronic Condition Managements (includes various muscular and cardiovascular conditions), Diabetic Complication Managements and Women’s Health. She also has special interest in basketball and rock climbing. Lydia is committed to not only provide the best care to her clients but also motivate them to have a healthy and active lifestyle.

Elaine is a Podiatrist who has enjoyed working in her private practice & aged care facilities in the Bayside for over 30 years. For 18 years, Elaine was part of a team of Doctors, Nurses & Allied Health practitioners providing assessment, treatment and wound care in the Diabetic Outpatients department at the Royal Brisbane Hospital. She has a special interest in senior foot care, with the aim to keep her mature patients active, independent and pain-free.
